For years, I struggled with anxiety without even realising it. I thought the constant worry, racing thoughts, and physical symptoms were just a normal part of life. It wasn't until I hit a breaking point that I decided to take matters into my own hands.

Grief or Separation Anxiety - NLP & Matrix Therapies

 

 The purpose of using NLP & Matrix Therapies for clearing grief and separation is to address the anxiety that arises from those experiences and promote emotional healing, growth and resilience effectively. 

Separation or Grief Therapy is used when a person feels unresolved about the loss of a person, or a separation from the person where they feel that they didn't get to say everything that they wanted to. It is important to know that grief does not equal love- it actually equals pain. When we feel pain at a memory of a loved one, it interferes with our ability to remember the person with love and celebrate their life.

Your Inner-child is part of your subconscious. It holds emotions, memories and beliefs from the past. Children who do not receive emotional and physical support, grow up to be hurting adults. When you allow your inner-child to run your life, it'll choose behaviours, and thoughts based on unconscious beliefs, memories from the past in order to feel safe.

Becoming A New Parent

I understand that becoming a new parent can be a time of immense joy and stress, leading to anxiety. Many parents may experience a range of emotions, from excitement and love to feelings of overwhelm and self-doubt. Anxiety is a common yet challenging feeling that can make the transition into parenthood even more challenging. Social anxiety is an anxiety disorder that involves an intense fear of social interactions, particularly those involving strangers or large groups of people. It can make dating much trickier, and can lead to feelings of sadness, frustration, or awkwardness, and feeling alone. By working with me as an anxiety practitioner, individuals can find coping strategies, both in sessions and one-on-one, to manage social anxiety symptoms and overcome the emotional hurdles that come with pushing past anxiety to start dating.

 Toxic Family Members 

I understand that dealing with toxic family members can be incredibly difficult and emotionally draining. It's essential to care for your mental health and wellbeing while navigating difficult and transformative family dynamics. When dealing with toxic family members, you may suddenly feel powerless, anxious, and overwhelmed.
